How it will work...
Members upload & tag quality documentary photos and videos
NGOs and independent media search for photos to use in books, newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, presentations, websites, etc.
DAA and the buyer negotiate a very reasonable price so DAA & its members can keep producing quality work
DAA passes 70% of the sale to the member who took the photo or video
NGOs are also invited to join DAA and submit their quality photos and footage. Gain exposure for your projects and even raise funds to support them.
Details for Members selling : You own the copyright, you can use and sell the images yourself anyway you want to. By uploading your images here you agree to let DAA negotiate the price of your image when we sell it. On occasion we may let an NGO use images free of charge. 70% of 0 baht = good karma.
Details for Members buying : You agree to give credit to the artist. If the image is used in print you agree to send the artist a copy and DAA a copy. All licensing is single use unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use, to promote a business, service or product, will be considered. However no photos with recognizable faces in them will be considered for commercial use. Please submit your intended use of the image to be reviewed by DAA and the artist.
